Carol Halligan

Carol Halligan is an experienced professional in the fields of cybersecurity and technical project management, currently serving as Director of Cybersecurity at Charles Schwab since January 2016. Previously, Carol held the position of Sr Business Analyst - Technical/Regulatory at Visa, where responsibilities included serving as the primary contact for various audit entities and coordinating audits within Global Operations and Systems Engineering. Prior experience includes consulting for eSolutions First, where Carol supported the Compliance Division at a Fortune 100 company, and serving as a Technical Project Manager at Freddie Mac, managing software development life cycles and SOX compliance. Carol holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Purdue University.
