Chelsi Kilbourn

Chelsi Kilbourn has over 18 years of experience in risk management and operations within the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Risk Assessments at Charles Schwab since April 2015, Chelsi has held multiple roles including Senior QA Manager and Senior Fraud Analyst, all focused on financial crimes risk management. Prior to this, Chelsi worked at Centennial Bank as an Officer and Deposit Operations Coordinator and held leading positions at Guaranty Bank and Trust Company and Colorado State Bank and Trust. Chelsi earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
