Christopher V. Dodds

Mr. Dodds has served as a senior advisor at The Cynosure Group, a private equity firm, since 2018. He served as a senior advisor at The Carlyle Group, a private equity firm, from 2008 to 2018. From 1986 to 2007, Mr. Dodds held several key positions at The Charles Schwab Corporation, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Charles Schwab Bank since 2007. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Investment Technology Group, Inc. from 2008 to 2015.

Mr. Dodds brings leadership skills, knowledge of the financial services industry, and financial and accounting experience to the board. He has deep knowledge of the company and its business, having served as its Chief Financial Officer from 1999 until 2007, and as a director of Charles Schwab Bank since 2007.
