Joe Balque

Joe Balque is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Director and previously as Software Development Manager at Charles Schwab since April 2011, Joe oversees an annual budget of $11.5 million across multiple teams. Prior to this role, Joe worked at Gerson Lehrman Group, establishing the Austin development office and leading a 10-member team in creating software applications for a network of 250,000 professionals. Joe's career also includes significant positions at CyberTrader, MShow.com, and Dell Computer Corporation, where Joe contributed to major software development initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs through innovative solutions. Joe earned a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
