Joy Wollesen

Joy Wollesen is an experienced professional in corporate real estate and transaction management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Real Estate for Independent Branch Real Estate at Charles Schwab since August 2022, Joy has also worked as a Group Exercise Instructor at Colorado Athletic Club since May 2013. Prior experience includes a tenure at CB Richard Ellis as the Director of Transaction Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing complex real estate projects and supervising teams in negotiations and site selections. Joy has acted as a consultant for Gates Corporation, held the position of Associate at Jones Lang LaSalle, and served as a Property Specialist at Commercial Federal Bank. Joy holds multiple degrees from the University of Denver and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, including a Master of Science in Construction Management and Real Estate as well as a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Marketing.
