Lee McAdoo

Lee McAdoo serves as the Managing Director of Schwab Retirement Plan Services at Charles Schwab since July 2021, focusing on enhancing retirement plan services for plan sponsors and consultants. Previous positions at TD Ameritrade included Managing Director roles in Strategy Development & Delivery and Business Transition, among others, where expertise in financial resiliency and investor education was demonstrated. Additional experience includes leadership roles at thinkorswim, Investools, Markitecture, Meredith, and Forbes Magazine. Lee McAdoo holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in English and Economics from McGill University.
