Mohit Kant

Mohit Kant currently serves as Director of Strategy & Transformation at Charles Schwab since September 2020, leading a team responsible for business strategy and transformation initiatives for a client service organization of over 6,500 employees, while also co-leading service merger integration efforts following the Schwab and TDA merger. Prior to this role, Mohit held various positions at Citi from August 2014 to September 2020, including VP of the Global Strategy Office in the Commercial Bank and involvement in credit risk projects in the Consumer Bank. Mohit's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at EY in Forensic & Integrity Services, a Marketing Strategy Consultant at Facebook, and an Associate at Hill & Associates Limited. Mohit holds an MBA in Strategy & Finance from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from The NorthCap University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Delhi University.
