Raghavendra (a.k.a Raghav) Setty (He/Him)

Raghav Setty is a Managing Director and Head of Core Brokerage Technology at Charles Schwab for a little over 15 years now. Setty is responsible for technology strategy, application design and development, third-party product integration, and production management of the technology platforms supporting the business enterprises within the corporation. Most recently, Setty led the technology and conversion strategy of the largest merger in the brokerage industry between Ameritrade and Schwab.

Prior to joining Schwab in 2008, Setty spent more than nine years as a consultant and employee at Oracle Financial Services in multiple technology leadership roles in leading product development and implementation of Oracle's flagship core banking platform, Flexcube. Setty led the implementation of Flexcube across several Tier-1 Banks in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Africa region.

Setty holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Systems from the Thompson Rivers university. In addition, Mr. Setty has earned several executive leadership certification from Warton University, Harvard and McCombs School of Business.
