Tushar Kapoor

Tushar Kapoor is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT strategy and cloud services. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Charles Schwab since August 2017, Tushar heads Architecture and Public Cloud Governance, spearheading cloud-adoption initiatives and directing a multi-year IT modernization strategy. Previously, Tushar held consulting roles, including Director at GDT, where significant growth in cloud portfolio development occurred, and Director of Information Technology at Paradigm Tax Group, overseeing IT operations and budgeting. Tushar's earlier career includes key positions at NEC Corporation, managing private cloud services and application delivery, as well as leadership roles at Capgemini, focusing on custom enterprise application development. Tushar holds a Master's in Information Systems from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Technology from the Institute of Engineering and Technology.
