Assoc. Cipd Amy Leach

Amy Leach, Assoc. CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited since July 2014. Previous roles within the organization include HR Hub Advisor & Business Partner, HR Advisor & Associate Business Partner, and HR Team Administrator, among others. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Graduate Strategic HR & OD Intern at the London Borough of Havering and gained early experience as a Student Retail Assistant at Kent Union and a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's. Academically, Amy holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, a Level 3 qualification in Human Resource Practice from University Centre Croydon, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Kent.
