Cara Walters

Cara Walters has extensive experience in HR and has held various leadership roles in multiple companies. Cara most recently served as the Head of HR Business Partners & HR Operations at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited in 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR, Asia at Coutts from 2013 to 2016 and a Senior HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific at AIG in 2012. From 2008 to 2011, they held the position of Head of HR, Europe & Head of HR, Asia Pacific at MF Global. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Morgan Stanley from 2006 to 2008 and at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2006.

Cara Walters pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in German from UCL from 1998 to 2002.
