Con Lepore

Con Lepore has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Con started their career as an Information Technology Graduate at BMW Park Lane in 2006, followed by a similar role at Freshminds in 2008. Con then joined Charles Stanley & Co. Limited, where they held multiple positions. Con served as an ICT Service from February 2009 to May 2010 before becoming a Web Services Analyst/Coordinator from May 2010 to December 2014. Con then became a Web Services Team Leader from January 2015 to December 2016. From January 2017 to June 2020, Con acted as a Web Operations Manager, where they led a team and was responsible for managing the company's web environment. Con was also temporarily seconded to lead the Cyber Security function during this period. Currently, Con holds the position of Head of ICT Service Delivery at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited, starting in June 2020.

Con Lepore attended Bournemouth University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Business and Information Systems Management, with a field of study in Business/Commerce, General. In addition to their degree, Con Lepore also received a Diploma in Leadership and Management from ILM in January 2020 and a CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2010.
