Jeff Alexander

Jeff Alexander is a California native and a graduate of Michigan State University. He was a newspaper reporter and editor for 25 years — he spent much of that time writing about the Great Lakes and other environmental issues. Prior to joining Mott, he worked as a freelance writer, a media consultant for environmental organizations and a marketing editor at a law firm. Alexander also is the author of two award-winning books about the Great Lakes and other freshwater issues.
