Mizzen by Mott Customer Support Specialist at Charles Stewart Mott Foundation

Kyle Swank provides user support for Mizzen by Mott, an app that delivers high-quality learning content to the afterschool field. In this role, he ensures that all app users have access to technical support, training and resources to successfully use Mizzen in their programs, whether in person or virtual.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Swank held a variety of technical roles in software engineering, application security and user privacy. Throughout his career, he has advocated for service quality and user safety, security and privacy.

A Michigan native, Swank grew up in Genesee County, where he graduated from the University of Michigan–Flint with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, learning, playing guitar and restoring classic cars.
