Helen J.

Helen J. currently serves as the Chief Information and Digital Officer and Chief Data Officer at Charles Sturt University since March 2024. Prior to this, Helen held the position of Executive Director for COO, CFO, Digital and Operational Transformation at NSW Government from 2017 to 2024, where significant achievements included improving systems for TAFE NSW and developing the statewide ERP AESG2 for the Department of Communities and Justice. Helen's experience also encompasses leading operational transformation as Executive Leader of the Transformation Office at IXOM from 2015 to 2017 and serving as Senior Management Consultant at Direct Consulting from 2012 to 2015, where strategies were developed for ASX 100 and NFP clients. Additional experience includes working as Head of Project Management Office at Caltex Australia and various roles in commercial and financial management across the UK, Australia, and AsiaPac from 1998 to 2008.
