Mathew (Mat) Donald is a highly experienced professional with a wealth of expertise in business management consulting, leadership, and organisational change. Currently serving as Principal and Founder of Dr Mat - The Organisational Health Doctor® since April 2019, Mat specializes in modern leadership and innovative strategies for organizational transformation. Mat has also held academic positions at Charles Sturt University, teaching a variety of subjects related to leadership, accounting, and business, and authored books and chapters on innovation and change management. With a comprehensive educational background, including a PhD in Management, Leadership and Organisational Change from Western Sydney University and a Master of Project Management from the University of Adelaide, Mat is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Project Management.
