Adnan Khaliq

Adnan Khaliq is an accomplished IT management professional with extensive experience in service delivery and support management. Currently serving as the Head of IT Service Delivery at Charles Taylor since August 2023, Adnan is responsible for overseeing global service delivery teams and managing outsourced service desk relationships. Previously, Adnan held the position of IT Support Manager at IBM, leading a team of 36 specialists and implementing global support strategies. Earlier roles include IT Helpdesk Manager at The MDU, where Adnan managed helpdesk operations and escalations, and Technical Migration Consultant at Ofgem, specializing in Windows 7 migrations. Adnan’s career also features positions at Genesis Housing Group and London 2012, where leadership in IT support teams and service delivery was critical. Adnan holds a BSc (Honours) in Information Technology and Media Studies from the University of East London.
