Armon Ghodoussi

Armon Ghodoussi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate at Charlesbank Capital Partners since August 2024. In addition, Armon holds an Associate Board Member position and serves as a Volunteer Tutor with UPchieve since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Armon worked at Bain & Company from September 2021 to August 2024, advancing from Associate Consultant to Senior Associate Consultant within the Private Equity Group. Armon earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University, completing the degree in December 2020, and holds a High School Diploma from Laguna Blanca School.
