Worth Smith

Worth Smith is an experienced educator and coach, currently serving as a Middle School Social Studies Teacher and Head Baseball Coach at Charleston Charter School for Math & Science since February 2019. Prior to this, Worth worked as a Graduate Assistant at The Citadel from January 2017 to December 2018. Worth began a career in staffing at Aerotek from October 2013 to December 2016 as a Technical Engineering Recruiter, specializing in placing professionals across various sectors, including software engineering, electronics, manufacturing, medical device, and aerospace & defense. Worth also has teaching experience as an English Teacher at Universita Popolare di Prato and served as Head Camp Counselor at Alleghany Wellness Center Incorporated. Worth holds a Master of Arts in Social Studies Teacher Education from The Citadel and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
