Rhea Thomas

Rhea Thomas is an experienced educator and instructional coach currently serving as an Instructional Coach, MTSS Lead, MTSS Interventionist, and Middle School Social Studies Teacher at Chicago Public Schools since August 2020. Rhea has a background in delivering personalized coaching and professional development across grades K-8, enhancing instructional strategies and classroom management. Previous roles include Middle School Teacher and Instructional Coach at City Year, Senior Instructional Coach at EdConnective, and several positions within Chicago Public Schools, where Rhea taught various subjects, including 4th and 5th grade math and ELA, and facilitated differentiated instruction. Rhea holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from American College of Education and has degrees in Elementary Education and Sociology.
