Jeff Sargent

Jeff Sargent has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jeff started their career as a Regional Manager at Marriott International HQ before taking on various rooms management positions at Marriott Intl and Hyatt Hotels from 1989 to 2002. From 2002 to 2015, Jeff held several key positions such as Front Office Manager at The Monarch Hotel in Washington DC, Director of Rooms at Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, SC, General Manager at Teton Mountain Lodge in Jackson Hole, Director of Property Management at Wild Dunes Resort, Director of Ownership Services at Terranea Resort, and General Manager at Charlestowne Hotels. In 2016, they served as the General Manager at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort before becoming the General Manager of La Quinta Inns & Suites from 2017 to 2019. Jeff's most recent role is as the Director of Rooms at Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina, which they assumed in April 2023.

Jeff Sargent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in HRIM from Penn State University, which they completed between 1986 and 1989.
