Ben Pogue

Ben Pogue is an experienced legal professional and educator, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Charleston School of Law since August 2021, teaching courses on law and negotiation. As a Partner at Ben Pogue Law, LLC since November 2017, Ben focuses on mediation, litigation, and providing counsel to clients. Prior legal roles include position as an Attorney at Law and Litigation Attorney at Law Office of Sean M. Wilson, LLC, and Of Counsel at Finkel Law Firm LLC. Previously, Ben was a Partner at Milligan & Pogue, PC, where recognition as a South Carolina Superlawyers Rising Star was achieved. Additionally, Ben held leadership positions as President of the Charleston School of Law Alumni Association and has a background in broadcast meteorology, serving as a morning meteorologist for WCBD-TV and News 14 Carolina. Ben Pogue earned a Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from William & Mary as well as a Certificate of Geosciences in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University.
