Erica McElreath

Erica McElreath is a legal professional and educator with extensive experience in legal research and writing. Currently serving as a Legal Research and Writing Professor at Charleston School of Law since August 2022 and as Of Counsel at Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC since April 2022, Erica previously held the position of Adjunct Professor of Legal Writing at Charleston School of Law. From April 2016 to January 2022, Erica dedicated time to being a stay-at-home parent after working as an Attorney at Lawton Law Firm from November 2009 to April 2016. Erica earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Charleston School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the College of Charleston.
