Ken Houge

Ken Houge is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Benefits Administrator at Charleston Water System since May 2023, Ken has previously held positions such as HR Manager at Belk and Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of Goose Creek. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant at the City of Goose Creek and St. Andrew's Parks and Playground, respectively. Ken's career began in the hospitality industry as an Assistant Manager at Holy City Hospitality.
