Patrick Ballesteros has worked in the art and design industry since 2003. In 2005, they began working as a Freelance Environment Artist for KingsIsle Entertainment. In 2006, they took on the role of Storyboard & Character Designer for Kid Heros Productions. In 2007, they worked as a Freelance Concept Artist for High Impact Games. In 2008, they became an Instructor for 2D design classes at The Art Institutes. In 2009, they worked as a Freelance Illustrator/Storyboard Artist for Charlie Company, Concept Artist for Technicolor, and Instructor for Dynamic Sketching 1 & 2 at CGMA | Computer Graphics Master Academy. In 2016, they took on the role of Illustrator for Blur Studio. Throughout their career, they have been contracted by entertainment and film companies to produce powerful imagery and compelling designs.

Patrick Ballesteros has a diverse education history. Patrick received a B.A. in Studio Art with a Minor in Digital Arts from UC Irvine in 2001-2004. Patrick then took Continuing Education Classes in Design and Illustration from 2007-2011 at the Concept Design Academy. Patrick also attended the Los Angeles Academy of Figurative Art from 2007-2008 to take Traditional Drawing and Painting classes. Prior to that, they attended Watts Atelier of the Arts from 2001-2004. Lastly, they earned a Master of Fine Arts in Illustration from California State University, Fullerton in 2013-2015.
