Shannon McAllister is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in technical talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Charlie Health since May 2023, Shannon previously held significant roles at Meta as a Senior Recruiter/Sourcer for Data Science and at BCG GAMMA as a Recruiting Lead/Manager, specializing in Data Science and AI roles. Shannon also contributed to the success of Prestige Staffing as a Regional Recruiting Manager, overseeing a team of technical recruiters across multiple regions. Shannon's early career included work as an Enrollment and Match-Support Specialist Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri. Shannon graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Child Studies and Spanish.
