Abi Gardner

Abi Gardner is currently the Head of People at Charlie Oscar, where Abi partners with ambitious brands to transform growth using data science technology and highly-skilled operators. Prior to this, Abi worked at Carat as a People Partner, focusing on organizational development, leadership coaching, and people management. In their role as Head of Talent at Fetch, Abi was responsible for people and culture strategy, team building, and HR systems implementation. Abi also served as an HR Advisor at Grayling and held various roles at MAC-UK, including Project Coordinator and PA to the CEO. Abi holds a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sheffield.
