Director of Service Delivery and Customer Excellence at Charlie Tango

Martin Haaning has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Martin is currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery and Customer Excellence at Charlie Tango since January 2019. In their previous role as Head of Project Management, Process, and RPA at Telia Company, they were responsible for project management, business analysis, and the development and implementation of a new Robotix set-up. Prior to that, Martin worked at Experian as the Head of PMO and Customer Service, where they led teams of project managers and was in charge of implementing SAFe in the project organization. Martin also handled product and system issues and optimized customer service processes.

Before joining Experian, Martin was employed at Tryg as the Skadechef/Kundeservicechef (Claims Manager/Customer Service Manager), where they oversaw internal projects, managed partner agreements, and implemented Work Force Management to enhance accessibility and customer experience. Martin was also a Project Manager at Tryg Transition, where they developed a common Nordic business model and implemented Work Force Management in the claims and sales organization.

In their early career, Martin served as a Sales Manager/Customer Service Manager at Codan forsikring, where they led a call center for the B2C segment and managed key accounts. Martin was also involved in the development of new products and implemented Teleopti. Martin began their career at Danske Bank as a Souschef (Deputy Manager) and later worked as an Asset Management Consultant, where they trained bank advisors, led projects for the development of investment products, and conducted train the trainer sessions.

Overall, Martin Haaning has significant experience in leadership, project management, business analysis, and customer service, with a strong focus on enhancing operational efficiency and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Martin Haaning attended the Henley Business School from 2017 to 2018, where they pursued the CBL, Executive program, which is the first part of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at the Henley Business School, they focused on Processes and Systems, Human Resource Management, and Finance. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, Martin Haaning attended the Copenhagen Business School, where they obtained a degree in Udenrigshandel (International Business).

In addition to their academic qualifications, Martin Haaning obtained the SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification in June 2017 from Storm - House of Six Sigma. Martin also received a certification in lean from Mannaz I Consulting & Learning in January 2016.
