Kelsey Melando

Kelsey Melando is an experienced professional with a strong background in graphic design and marketing, currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager at Compass Group USA since January 2022. Kelsey has also been the Head Varsity Field Hockey Coach at Myers Park High School since August 2016, overseeing team operations and strategic planning. Additionally, Kelsey has contributed as a U12 Program Head at Charlotte Ambush Field Hockey Club and has held various coaching positions, demonstrating a commitment to developing young athletes. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Communications Specialist at ECS Limited, a Senior Marketing Specialist at USA Field Hockey, and a Graphic Designer at multiple organizations. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology with a minor in Marketing from Appalachian State University.
