Keylin Ramirez is a professionally experienced bilingual NC Medicaid Ombudsman at the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy since May 2023. Prior to this role, Keylin served as a Campus Ambassador and Sales and Promotions Intern at Answers in Genesis from May 2022 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Camp Counselor at Sport Center Day Camp in the summer of 2021, where Keylin assisted in guiding children in sports activities and spiritual development. Keylin's career began as a Customer Service Representative at Abeka, working from May 2018 to March 2020. Keylin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Pensacola Christian College, completed in 2022, and a high school diploma from William Amos Hough High School, earned in January 2018.
