Jordon McRae

Jordon McRae currently serves as the Assistant Director of College Counseling at Charlotte Country Day School, where responsibilities include counseling students on college selection and admissions, reviewing college essays, and co-coordinating college-focused events. Prior experience includes roles as a Career Coach at Central Piedmont Community College, a Graduate Intern at Penn State Abington, and various internships in K-12 counseling settings. Jordon has a strong background in guiding students through career exploration, resume preparation, and post-secondary planning, complemented by a Master of Science in Counselor Education from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Elon University. Additionally, Jordon participates in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging committees and coaches school sports.
