Eric Lantz

Eric Lantz has over two decades of experience in technical operations and management within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Operations for the Charlotte Hornets since June 2015 and Hornets Sports & Entertainment since October 2021, Eric has previously held significant roles including Facility Manager & Technical Services at The Ryan Center and Engineer - Broadcast Specialist at Station Casinos. Earlier in the career, Eric also directed operations at Talk America Radio Networks and served as a Studio Assistant at Massasoit Community College. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bridgewater State University and an Associate of Science degree in the same field from Quincy College.
