Jaclyn Queen

Jaclyn Queen is an accomplished professional in human resources with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources for the Charlotte Hornets since October 2013, Jaclyn previously held roles within the Charlotte Bobcats, including Human Resources Coordinator and Arena Administrator. Early career experiences included various positions such as Childcare Provider, Front of the House staff at Zoe's Kitchen, Usher and Promotions Team member for the Charlotte Knights, and roles in customer service at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Penn State University, obtained in 2010.
