Kathryn Karakus

Kathryn Karakus has a diverse work experience starting from 2000. Kathryn began their career as a Brand Manager at Hearts On Fire in 2000 and worked there until 2004. Later, they founded and operated their own company, Kathryn K, from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Belle Étoile as the VP of Brand Development for a year. Since 2012, Kathryn has been working in the basketball industry, starting as the Director of Basketball Operations for the Charlotte Hornets and eventually becoming the Senior Director of Basketball Operations in 2019.

Kathryn Karakus earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Northeastern University between 1993 and 1997. Kathryn also holds a certification as a PI- Predictive Index Certified Practitioner, obtained in 2017 from The Predictive Index.
