Ashley Osiecki has a diverse range of work experience in marketing, communications, and sports. Ashley is currently working as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Charlotte Independence since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Black Wednesday from November 2020 to April 2021. Ashley also served as a Communications Specialist at National Amateur Sports from August 2017 to November 2020. Ashley has previous experience as a Communications Intern at P1 Sports Marketing, a Student-Athlete at Queens Women's Soccer, and a Marketing and Promotions Intern at Queens University of Charlotte. Additionally, they had the opportunity to work as a Student Journalist at the Rio Olympics, where they were responsible for creating media packages and written articles. Ashley has also gained relevant experience as a Communications Intern at Charlotte Independence and as a Seacrest Studios Intern at Levine Children's Hospital.

Ashley Osiecki attended New Bern High School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School Diploma. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at Queens University of Charlotte from 2013 to 2017.
