Anne Mavian has over 15 years of experience in library management and education. Currently serving as Library Manager at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library since 2008, responsibilities include interlibrary loans, reference services, and information literacy outreach. Prior roles include teaching pre-algebra and religion at Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School, and serving as a librarian at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic School. Anne also held positions as Safety Director at Hall Contracting Corporation and Project Manager at Walter Toebe Construction Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Western Michigan University.
