Caitlin Moen serves as the Library Director and Collections & Access Leader at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing a $5 million annual budget and overseeing collection management across 20 library branches and the digital environment. Prior to this role, Caitlin was the Records and Information Manager at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, overseeing the document management system for the Aviation Department. As the Director for Knowledge Management at Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Caitlin focused on fostering a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization and its partners. Additional experience includes positions as a Quality Control Inspector and Catalog Librarian at LAC Group, Circulation Librarian at Southern University at New Orleans, and Coordinator for Community Development at Grace Lutheran Church. Caitlin holds a Master's of Arts in Library & Information Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Wisconsin.
