Kelly Louke

VP, Residential Lending & Retail Banking Officer at Charlotte State Bank

Vice President Kelly Louke joined the Charlotte State Bank & Trust’s residential lending team in 2016. She was approved by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry and carries a unique identifier (NMLS#795290), as do each of the bank’s residential lenders.

Kelly grew up in Fort Myers and graduated from Riverdale High School there. She worked in retail and insurance until she began her banking career in 1995 as a Customer Service Representative. She joined Charlotte State Bank & Trust in 1998, starting out as a Personal Banker and working her way up to Assistant Branch Manager, then Branch Manager, all at the bank’s Murdock office. She was named an assistant vice president in 2013.

As a Residential Lender and Retail Banking Officer, Kelly is now based at the bank’s North Port office. A two-time winner of the North Port Sun Readers’ Choice Award as Best Mortgage Lender, she is a board member of the North Port Area Chamber of Commerce and chairs its Member Retention Committee.

A graduate of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2008, Kelly has served on the board of Drug Free Charlotte County. She was an ambassador of the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce, member of the United Way Impact Panel and vice chair of the Charlotte County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
