Jennifer Gherardi

Jennifer Gherardi is a Development Manager specializing in Campaign and Special Events at the Charlotte Symphony since August 2021, where responsibilities include managing donor engagement and fundraising initiatives. Previously, Jennifer served as a Campaign Coordinator at the same organization and held various roles in relationship development and operations in nonprofit environments, including United Way of the Cape Fear Area and Blumenthal Performing Arts. In addition to professional expertise in development and event management, Jennifer is passionate about leadership education, currently coordinating student leadership and instructing the drum major at Hickory Ridge High School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
