Erika Lind

Erika Lind has a diverse and extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Erika is currently working as the VP of FP&A and Strategy at Charlotte's Web since March 2023. Previously, they served as the VP of Finance at Made In Nature from May 2021 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Spectra Logic from February 2019 to May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hammond's Candies from February 2018 to February 2019. Erika also has experience working at Orica, where they served as the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Finance Lead for North America from April 2017 to February 2018, and as the Financial Controller for North America from October 2016 to April 2017. Erika has also worked at Spectra Logic as an Assistant Controller from October 2014 to October 2016. Additionally, Erika has held roles such as Controller at Madhava Natural Sweeteners from January 2014 to October 2014, and Controller - Celestial Seasonings at The Hain Celestial Group from September 2002 to January 2014. Erika started their career as a Senior Cost Analyst at Ice-O-Matic from April 2001 to September 2002 and as a Plant Controller at Artesyn Technologies from May 2000 to April 2001. Erika has gained valuable experience in financial management, control, and strategy throughout their career.

Erika Lind holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University. Erika also obtained an MBA degree in Finance & Accounting from Regis University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting from Community College of Aurora. In addition, Erika has obtained a certification in Prophix 101 from Prophix in 2023.
