Hayley Kukulis is an experienced arts administrator and event consultant, currently serving as the Artistic Administrator and Operations Manager at Charlottesville Opera since April 2022. Prior to this role, Hayley held the position of Event Sales Consultant at Skyline Tent Company from April 2021 to April 2022, and was the JMU Catering Manager at Aramark from August 2018 to April 2021, overseeing significant catering contracts for large events. Previous experience includes roles as a Diocesan Cantor at St. Peter Cathedral, Style Consultant at Target, and various positions in the food service industry, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service, event coordination, and team leadership. Hayley holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance & Pedagogy from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Northern Michigan University.

Charlottesville Opera's mission is to produce high quality opera and musicals at affordable prices, to provide training opportunities and experience for Young Artists, Apprentice Singers, and Interns, to provide educational nourishment for all sectors of the community, and to enrich the cultural vitality and quality of life in Virginia. For 42 years, the company has produced opera and other musical performances first at Ash Lawn-Highland, and now at the beautifully renovated Paramount Theater in downtown Charlottesville. Charlottesville Opera also provides a wide range of educational programs for youth and adults; professional training for emerging artists and interns; and seeks to enrich the cultural vitality and quality of life in Virginia and the mid-Atlantic region.
