Misha Naiman has over five years of experience in the fabrication, design, and research fields. In 2021, they began working as Shop Lead at Charm Industrial. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Fabricator at Lazarus Welding and Designer and Fabricator at Urban Infill. In 2019, they were a Fabricator at Engineered Artworks. From 2017 to 2019, they were Co-founder and Partner at Majorelle Arts, where they were dedicated to teaching individuals skills in metal fabrication, grant writing, and fundraising in a studio setting, and was responsible for the design and creation of two pieces of monumental sculpture. Misha Naiman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Reed College between 2009 and 2014. In 2017, they began studying Product Management at The Product School and also obtained a Software Product Management (SPM) certification from the same institution that October.
