Ryan McKay began their work experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at CoorsTek in 2005. In 2007, they worked as a Pipeline Integrity Engineer at Kinder Morgan for a short period before transitioning to Alliance Engineering, where they served as a Pipeline Engineer from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 to 2016, McKay joined Foro Energy, first as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer and later as an Operations Manager. During this time, they played a vital role in revolutionizing the oil and gas industry through the use of high power laser-assisted tools, designed and oversaw the manufacturing of custom parts, and led various projects. Afterward, McKay joined Boom Supersonic in 2018 as a Mechanical Engineer - Avionics, and is currently employed at Charm Industrial as a Mechanical Engineer.
Ryan McKay attended the Colorado School of Mines from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. During their time at the school, their primary field of study was Engineering.
