Jessica Carter has extensive experience in retail management and program leadership, currently serving as General Store Manager at Charming Charlie since November 2016. Previously, Jessica held the role of Regional Adoption Program Manager at PetSmart Charities and worked as Project Enhancement Leader at PetSmart, where responsibilities included building collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams. Jessica also served as Store Manager at ANN INC. and Merchandising Manager at Mervyns.
