Chutima Variddhisai

Chutima Variddhisai has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Project Coordinator at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Project Executive/Deputy Manager in the MICE market at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In 2017, they joined Marriott International as a Groups & Conferences Project Assistant. During this time, they coordinated with sales directors and events teams, analyzed databases, and solved customer queries. In the same year, they also worked as an HR Analyst at ExxonMobil in France. From 2019 to 2021, Chutima served as a Group Talent Engagement Manager at Thai Union Group PCL. Here, they delivered a global EVP roadmap, established action plans, and revamped brand awareness on LinkedIn. In 2021, they joined CPF Group as an Employer Branding Manager and was later promoted to the role of Employer Branding & Networking Team Lead. Currently, they are the EVP and Employer Branding Manager at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd., starting in November 2022.

Chutima Variddhisai completed their International MBA from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) in the year 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a major in French from Chulalongkorn University in the year 2012. Additionally, they have received certifications in various subjects such as social media marketing design, finance, management communication, mathematics for management, and spreadsheet modeling, from institutions including Coursera and Harvard Business Publishing.
