Amy Powers

Amy Powers has extensive experience in human resources. Amy currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at Chart Industries, Inc. since May 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director, Corporate Human Resources at the same company from July 2005 to May 2019. In this role, they were a part of the HR leadership team, managing the compensation, benefits, payroll, and HRIS function. Amy also played a key role in designing and administering compensation programs.

Before joining Chart Industries, Inc., Amy worked at the United Way of Greater Cleveland from March 2000 to July 2005 as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. Their responsibilities included managing compensation and benefits for employees and non-profit partner organizations. Amy also had involvement in various HR initiatives, such as organizing the United Way HR Conference for US associations.

Amy's earlier roles include serving as the Human Resource Manager at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services from August 1998 to August 1999, and at United Security Management Services from April 1995 to August 1998.

Amy also holds additional certifications in Human Capital Strategist and Talent Acquisition Strategist from Human Capital Institute (HCI), as well as Professional in Human Resources certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
