Apryl Deutsch

Apryl Deutsch, M.Ed. has extensive experience in training and education, currently serving as a Global Training System Analyst at Chart Industries, Inc. since March 2013, where responsibilities include the global administration of the Learning Management System. Previously, Apryl held roles as a Learning Management System Administrator and Instructional Designer, focusing on instructional design and talent management systems. Before joining Chart Industries, Apryl worked as an Employment Planning and Placement Specialist at MRCI, creating job opportunities for individuals with disabilities, and delivering workforce training programs. Apryl's earlier experience includes teaching at Casa Grande Elementary School District, where various teaching methods were employed to cater to diverse learners. Apryl Deutsch holds a Master’s degree in Education Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Southwest Minnesota State University.
