Estelle Brown

Estelle Brown has a diverse work experience starting from 1991 when they worked as an HR Manager at PwC until 2001. Estelle then joined Better Services Group as an HR Services Leader, where they focused on building HR processes and working on national contracts and tenders until 2004. From 2004 to 2014, Estelle held various roles at PPG Industries, including HR Manager, Manager of Corporate Learning & Development, HR Business Partner for the Aerospace Business Unit, and HR Director for Global Corporate Functions, Talent Acquisition & Diversity. In 2014, they joined Howden Inc. as the Human Resources Director for North America and eventually promoted to Director of HR for the Americas region. Estelle is now the VP of Human Resources Americas at Chart Industries, Inc. starting in 2023. Overall, they have extensive experience in HR leadership roles, organizational development, talent acquisition, and employee relations across different industries and regions.

Estelle Brown earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester between 2000 and 2002. Prior to that, they studied Human Resources at Croydon Business School in England from 1991 to 1993.
