Katie Gibb

Katie Gibb has extensive work experience in various roles within Chart Industries and Howden. Katie began their career as a Quality Apprentice, gaining experience in quality control and assurance. Katie later became a Mergers & Acquisitions Project Administrator, managing internal communications and administration for a multimillion-dollar acquisition. Katie then transitioned to the role of Project & Change Management Analyst, where they implemented divisional initiatives and process improvements. Katie also played a key role in strategic planning and execution. In their most recent role, Katie served as the Strategy & Project Delivery Manager, leading the development of a new global acquisition branding strategy and overseeing marketing and brand integration efforts for a $100 million acquisition. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Project Management at Chart Industries, Inc.

Katie Gibb has a strong educational background in business and management. Katie obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Management and Business Development from Glasgow Caledonian University, which they completed between 2021 and 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Management from the University of the West of Scotland, graduating in 2019. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Katie completed a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Business Administration and Management from City of Glasgow College from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they have relevant professional certifications including PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner, obtained from The Knowledge Academy in 2019.
