John Saroff is the CEO at Chartbeat. John was previously the Vice-President, Digital Factory at vente-privee USA from September 2011 to June 2013. John was responsible for managing design, production and pricing operations for luxury flash-sales joint venture with American Express. John launched the business from zero to fully-functioning production studio and content management organization in thirty days. John oversaw marketing of 150 high-end products per day, producing annual total of 200,000 photos/product descriptions, 400 videos and 1,200 photo editorials. John managed a team of 35+ (creatives and account managers) and controlled annual budget of $10M. Prior to their work at vente-privee USA, John Saroff was with Google from June 2007 to September 2011. John was recruited to business development launch team for new division of Google. John was accountable for forging strategic partnerships with TV networks in order to resell their unsold ad inventory through an automated online system. Initially they worked as a sole contributor managing cross-functional deal teams, before earning promotion to also lead team of 4 with responsibility for 90% of total business revenues. John regularly presented business strategy to Google leadership.

John Saroff received their MBA from Columbia Business School, their JD from Columbia Law School, and their BA in John'story from Haverford College. John also attended Montclair Kimberley Academy for high school.
